One wonders whether Strategic Capital will soon use its presence as the largest contingent of the attending factoring companies at the Society of Settlement Planners annual meeting to bolster its "legitimacy" to the structured settlement industry.  As previously covered the SSP has been distinctly silent about its factoring connection. Strategic Capital solicitation speaks of its willingness to commit in writing to appropriate business practices.
