The Settlement Channel recently carried a podcast series of interviews with Matt Bracy, General Counsel of Settlement Capital Corporation. To give some balance to the debate I have been asked by Mark Wahlstrom to do a 4 part podcast series on the subject and I have accepted. The subject matter will also include among other things the splogging problem and issues related to disclosure of activity in and compensation for factoring activity by structured settlement professionals and settlement planners. It should be of great interest to structured settlement professionals, settlement planners, financial advisors, trial lawyers, people who already have structured settlements, factoring companies, insurance commissioners, secretaries of state, members of federal and state legislators and the media.
You don’t need to have an Ipod to listen to these interviews. They will be available to download. The series will be published next month and links to the podcast for downloads will appear here (below left) and on The Settlement Channel.
