In August 2014 I showed how the Better Business Bureau Report for Genex Capital on August 27, 2014 showed that the alternate business name for Genex Capital was Genex Strategies Inc. (based on the copy below)

Shortly after I published the immediately aformentioned in August, Genex, or someone with access to its BBB account removed the alternate business name from its BBB record.
Postscript
Not long after I published this post, someone with control over the Genex Capital website changed the privacy policy to say Privacy Officer Genex Capital Corporation instead of Privacy Officer Genex Strategies, Inc. I have therefore uploaded a copy of the Privacy Policy as it existed on the Genex Capital website at the time recorded thereon on the date of December 29, 2014 so there is no doubt about the validity of any statement made in this post at the time it was made.
