It didn't take long for the structured settlement watchdog to follow his hunch that "satisfied customer" portrayed on both the Imperial Structured Settlements website and later the DRB Capital website is a stock photo, raising extreme doubt over the validity of splashy testimonials appearing on each company's public facing websites.

Having now discovered a photo of "Kristen", with her bright white smile and familiar fanned out wad of Benjamins, what does that tell you about the credibility of DRB Capital and the company it acquired?

We again ask DRB Capital again to verify publicly, with a copy of the transfer orders and supporting documents, that "Kristen" ,who it has advertised and held out publicly as a customer who has given a testimonial, is a real person who has done business with both DRB Capital and with Imperial Structured Settlements as the respective advertisements claim.

It is appropriate that one of the goals of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP) is to "separate fact from fiction" [NASP website  5-29-2014].  Given that DRB Capital is a member of NASP, Imperial Structured Settlements  (which was acquired by DRB Capital) was a member of NASP, and that Dustin Nelson DRB Capital's operations manager,  is an officer- the Secretary of NASP, I think consumers deserve some answers.
