If you haven’t received notice that payments are being serviced by someone other than SuttonPark (e.g. DRB Capital LLC, Vervent), contact the assignee named on your structured settlement transfer docs. Be sure they’re aware of the April deadline. Get written confirmation of the change of servicer.
