CrowFly, LLC was a structured settlement factoring intermediary based in Buffalo, New York. It operated from 2018 until August 2022, just four months after a Buffalo Business First article claimed the company was gaining momentum. According to publicly available New York State records, CrowFly, LLC was formally dissolved in October 2022.

Structured Settlement Exchange, trademarked by Seventh Amendment Holdings in August 2018, was associated with a website called enuities.com that emerged around June 2018, claiming to offer payouts for structured settlements 50% higher than JG Wentworth, despite disclaimers. The site now appears inactive, raising questions about its assertions. By October 2018, it had transitioned to CrowFly LLC. The company was notably co-founded by John T. Bair (and Nita Bhatia and Tony Barnes), while his primary market agency maintained contracts and carrier appointments with major structured settlement annuity issuers.
