The Queens New York law firm of Sacco & Fillas has achieved a dubious "trifecta" of recycled structured settlement payee affidavits in a structured settlement transfer petition submitted on behalf of CBC Settlement Funding, LLC
The latest "recycled structured settlement payee affidavit" submitted to a New York judge on behalf of CBC Settlement Funding was submitted in Erie County, New York. The case was still pending in front of Judge Henry Nowak at time of publication.

#11 "The money I receive from CBC will be used to relocate to St. Louis, MO in order to be closer to my child. The job market in St. Louis better fits my skill based off my previous jobs and my education level…."
#13 " I have considered other means of raising cash and , after weighing the available options, have determined that this transaction the best course for me. This transaction will provide me with a way to improve my daily life and decrease the daily stress and anxiety that I am currently going through and allow me to better my life, as well as my families (sic) through building this addition to our home"
This very same language appeared in two other petitions involving separate annuitants, separate petitions submitted by Sacco & Fillas on behalf of CBC Settlement Funding in two other New York counties.
#14 Unless there was a divine miracle the Payee clearly did not write the affidavit, so it makes it all the more comical and pathetic that the law firm would get its own client's name wrong "For these reasons I feel it is in my best interest to sell the Assigned Payments to CBC, Inc. in exchange for an immediate lump sum payment". The actual petition and sale and purchase agreement have the name correct as CBC Settlement Funding, LLC as does #5 in the cookie cutter affidavit.
