Other than a dalliance with fraudsters Ryan Blank and Richart Ruddie when calls from Einstein Structured Settlements were directed and answered by Fairfield Funding, Fairfield Funding has managed to stay off my radar, until now.  With the company lawyer on the NASP Board of Directors, one wonders why Fairfield Funding would seek to use the word Structured Sale Annuity to drum up business. See the image below retrieved on June 29, 2019 from a BING search.

A structured sale annuity is a type of financial product used to fund a structured installment sale, which is a whole different thing than what Fairfield Funding is soliciting for.  Fairfield Funding's use can only be seen as an attempt to prostitute a legitimate financial term.  Fairfield Funding can neither buy a structured sale annuity, nor can the owner sell the structured sale annuity according to the terms of the non qualified assignment agreement establishing the periodic payment obligation assumed from the buyer of capital property and the purchase of the  funding instrument.
