Is CBC Settlement Funding deliberately trying to scam consumers and investors into thinking they actually buy structured settlement annuities? 

  CBC Settlement Funding is challenged to provide evidence of a single structured settlement annuity they have purchased.  I'll bet they can't because CBC Settlement Funding buys structured settlement payments rights. Why would CBC Settlement Funding say they are specialists in something they cannot legally do? And if a member of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers cannot articulate their own business properly, why should you trust them?
