The website Top Ten Reviews is registered to David Ropelato, of Ogden Utah, according to whois records. While Dave Ropelato's website may be intended as a way to help consumers, it actually hurts consumers by providing false and misleading information.
Top Ten Reviews asks the rhetorical question " What Is the Process for Selling My Annuity?", when it is not the annuity that gets sold in a structured settlement factoring transaction, it is "structured settlement payment rights".
It's a fundamental flaw that undermines the entire list and someone who owns Top Ten Review ostensibly gets a payoff each time someone clicks on one of the "phony baloney" "structured settlement annuity companies".
