Woodyard defrauded ACE Insurance Company in a highly irregular sequencing of funding that would never happen with structured settlements
Unfortunately Ringler Associates was sued by the insurers. The matter was subsequently settled. Woodyard went AWOL for about a year before getting pinched in Elk River Minnesota in 2016.
