Reliance Funding, the Chevy Chase,MD company borne of the bloody innards of Access Funding, has successfully performed a comic pratfall by neglecting to clear up the breadcrumbs after what appears to be plagiarism of JG Wentworth’s terms of service

Reliance Funding Caught Deer in Headlight Starkers
At first blush it’s easy to see how a consumer could be confused and think that Reliance Funding has something to do with JG Wentworth. But then you would think that if that were the case JG Wentworth would have disclosed it in securities filings as a public company.

Consumers should ask themselves the following three questions
- Do you trust a company like Reliance Funding that is a plagiarist?
- Do you trust a company whose management team ran Access Funding, a company that was the subject of an explosive scathing front page story in the Washington Post last August and wer the target of a Maryland Attorney General investigation?
- Do you trust a company whose former brand name, Access Funding, had a training manual that educated their minions to target Black “lead paint virgins”?
