In fact, Genex Capital also published James Goldstein, another David Springer fake name and 4 years after the alias was created, Genex Capital allows this blatant falsehood to be aired on its website.

During his consultancy with Genex Strategies, Inc., another Roger Proctor led company, Nicholas John Jackson worked directly on structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com from June 2012-September 30, 2012.

Genex Capital's actions/inaction in this regard, is another black eye, when one connects the dots, to the National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP).  This nonsense was published during the time that Genex Capital was under consideration for and admitted for membership in NASP.  Genex Capital ceased being a member after one year.
