According to publicly available information posted online by the clerk for Florida’s  Broward County Circuit…

At a status hearing held on March 16, 2015, concerning the Earle Berghman case that Camacho was working for Novation Funding LLC d/b/a Novation Settlement Solutions  CACE-15000266, Jose Camacho Jr. stated to the Judge that she signed orders  relating to Berghman case on or about January 29, 2015 and March 5, 2015.  Camacho stated he provided Judge Marina Garcia-Wood with unsigned orders , which he had couriered to chambers and hand delivered. Camacho stated that he did not sign/forge the order. Opting to use the cliché of “blaming it on the messenger”, Camacho mentioned his courier may have done something.

Camacho also admitted uttering and publishing them as true to the clerk of court of Broward County.  Camacho’s admission was made in the presence of his lawyer Michael Dutko and State’s attorney Ryan Kelley and video taped.
