On October 30, 2013 Einstein Structured Settlements published a webpage "Buyers of Structured Settlements in the USA". soliciting consumers with claims that it (Einstein) will "pay you more cash for your future payments " and then the ubiquitous claim that it will get buyers to compete. Einstein then seems to contradict itself when it states that it will 'help align a list of the most reputable companies for you to work with for whichever city you may be located in" proceeds to list every state (not city in the United States. So do they fund directly or are they just a broker?
Here's the other problem:
Nevada
California
In California, the State where Einstein lists its address on Wilshire Blvd, a former residence of Ryan Blank

New York

If you are a resident of these states you have to ask yourself whether or not you feel comfortable trusting financial advice from a company that doesn't register to do business in your state. Obviously this is a small part of all the states that Einstein professes to do business in, according to its October 30,2013 solicitation.
Having observed how Einstein solicits consumers online, I don't think much of Einstein Structured Settlements.
- Einstein is not transparent.
- Einstein's online marketing materials are often inaccurate and unreliable as I have pointed out since they came on the scene. By continuing to hold themselves as geniuses. they are misleading consumers.
- Einstein's video testimonials from 2012, that still appear, appear to be bogus as publicly observed by a credible third party in the structured settlement industry and myself.
