Interesting and ironic line of questioning when taken in the context that as of September 9, 2013, Sovereign Funding Group is not a member of NASP, according to the NASP List of members posted on the NASP website. NASP List of Member Firms. Here’s a lawyer attempting to insinuate something negative on Woodbridge, for not being a member of a trade group, a point that could be applied to her own clients.
Quite ironic that such questions would be asked, given that David Springer, the President of Sovereign Funding which again, IS NOT a member NASP according to the current NASP list of member firms, ADMITTED UNDER OATH on June 28, 2013 to fabricating “employees” with names such as James Goldstein, Sandy Jackson, James Spelling, and by reference Karen Jones and Melanie Miller (nickname “Minky”) and their use in public facing social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ and in submissions to the Better Business Bureau.
“Structured Capital” is not a member of NASP. There are many members of NASP with the word “Capital” in their name, just not in combination with “structured”. Was it a trick question?
