Greg Maynard appeared to be Just Another David Springer Alias with Fake Credentials
The Google+ profile for Greg Maynard referenced in my February 15, 2013 blog post (about an apparent effort by Sovereign Funding to obtain an SEO expert for its defense against claims in a lawsuit filed by Woodbridge Structured Funding in Maryland District Court) claimed that he attended Florida A&M University.
When he attempted to verify Greg Maynard’s credentials, The Structured Settlement Watchdog® received a February 18, 2013 response to his inquiry to both a national student clearing house, which in turn went the further step of contacting Florida A&M.
“We asked the school to research your request because the information you provided did not match any of our records. The school was unable to locate either a degree or enrollment record for the subject of your verification request.”
The Structured Settlement Watchdog previously covered what we believe to be an unrelated story from someone, also from Owings Mills Maryland, who masqueraded with outrageously false academic credentials on a website soliciting structured settlement annuitants.
We know the subject matter is real because at the time of posting there really was a lawsuit that David Springer and Sovereign Funding Group were defending
Try Googling Greg Maynard. Seems to be a ghost. The only question is whose imagination was be a figment of?

Postscript: In a deposition in June 2013 and later at Daviid Springer’s trial in Baltimore MD in August 2014, David Springer admitted to his making up his own world of fictitious names (a deceptive practice) “to make his company seem bigger”
