The so-called factoring company employee is named Foster Clap. If you Google him you can see who he purportedly works for.

2/6/2012 Registers for Daily Motion account, appears to work for SEO for a factoring company as the telephone number in each video is for the Indian SEO company's Delaware number.
2/21/2012 On Manta.com said "Six years ago (which according to the 2/3/2013 statement below would make him 14!), I thought of starting my own business, as I had gained much experience in the marketing industry so I wanted to open my own marketing company. 3/5/2012 posts that in 2011 he "was crossing the street when a car moving at a speed of 80 km/hr flew through the cross-walk and hit him throwing him 10 feet into the air". He purpprtedly " landed on a metal pole in the middle of the traffic island. The ambulance came right away and took him to the emergency room. He says he dislocated my both legs in that accidents". How 'bout it physics experts, can a human be hit by a 1.5-2 ton car going 80 km/h, be propelled 10 feet in the air, landing on a pole and not be impaled or have internal organ damage?
4/26/2012 On Manta.com claims that also in 2011 he had a motorcycle accident and dislocated "his both arms" He purports to have sued, got a structured settlement and sold it to the factoring company he works for all in one year!
2/2012- 8/2012 Flicker photostream associated with this person displays solely uploaded ads for this factoring company and a promotion for an Indian SEO company.
5/16/2012 posts in 2010, "when I parked my car in front of the shop then a fast speed truck came there and hit my car. It was a major accident for me. When I opened my eyes then I was in hospital. I dislocated my both arms in that accident My car was totally damaged in that accident. Then I decided to sue against trucking company and I won my case. I was awarded structured settlements by the court for my accidents."

2/3/2013 LinkedIn listed as owner of the factoring company and in Germany, in the business of business supplies and equipment.
2/3/2013 on Netlog.com profile says aged 20 from India. Netlog profile loaded with ads for the same factoring company. Among the pictures is a Canadian factoring executive.
2/3/2013 lists SK University of Agriculature and Technology of Kashmir (Jammu and Kashmir), commerce Graduate Student
Is Foster Clap any more real than these testimonials are?
