You've got to love it when your message gets a stirring response.
Judging by the web pages of certified cash flow consulting office SSE Funding, it seems some members of the structured settelment factoring industry are starting to recoil from the shady antics of their peers—especially the "cash now" pushers who act like used car salesmen on a caffeine binge
Among the revelations from one of factoring's own:
- There is a group of businesses that routinely take advantage of periodic cash flow payment stream beneficiaries.
- A recognition that "Cash Now" advertising is fraudulent ( "the TRUTH is IF it is at all possible, AND it is found to be a reasonable thing to do, it may take 30-90 days for the whole process")
- They will not stall your case and hope you settle for less.
- They do not demand money up front to pursue your case
- They do not do initial low ball (slime ball) quoting
Now one can see that a factoring insider is saying that these practices go on.
