Now the folks who hatched 123 Lump Sum are pushing a new scheme, "FAST Cash Now"
"Cash now" is like the sketchy magician of advertising schemes, pulling tricks out of its hat for factoring companies. We’ve got the blockbuster "video testimony" from the General Counsel of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers and a signed confession from their officer—case closed!
To a reasonable person and most dictionaries, "NOW" means "immediately" or "at once". So does FAST Cash Now mean faster than immediately or faster than at once (a physical impossibility)?
C'mon! The real question the Federal Trade Commission should be asking is whether Structured Asset Funding actually delivers on its promises. If I were a competitor (which, for the record, I'm not), I'd probably be asking the same thing with a raised eyebrow and a hint of suspicion.
