Patrick Hindert Promotes Structured Settlement Factoring and is Chummy With JG Wentworth But Appears That He Won’t Help Tort Victim…WHY?

The structured settlement industry torch bearer for the factoring of tort victims’ structured settlement payments, Patrick Hindert, still appears to have not responded to the call for assistance from tort victim J. Henry who posted on Hindert’s blog on August 28, 2008. WHY? We know Hindert reads his blog because he posted just this morning on another subject. Moreover Typepad, Patrick Hindert’s blog vendor would have also sent Patrick Hindert an email alert to Henry’s dilemma on August 28, 2008.

That leaves the poor tort victim to call around and around and exposed to abuse.

Whether or not it would be advisable for J. Henry to factor is another story.
