NSSTA Legal committee member Patrick Hindert is oddly silent. Having expelled so much hot air on the Deal Flow Media seminar that never came off (but turned out that the promoter's intention was "basic training" for factoring investors), Hindert missed the main event on Executive Life of New York. On June 25, 2007 his blog post opened with "Drinker Biddle's update contains this bombshell about ELNY" and he even podcasted about it. In the context used by Hindert at the time, the Free Dictionary describes "bombshell" as one "that is sensationally shocking, surprising, or amazing". Now 3 days after the main event Hindert is still silent. WHY?
Incredibly Hindert did have time to cultivate his winter spam crop after Structured Settlements 4Real delivered the "crop report".
Some of you may not have noticed that NSSTA and SSP member Patrick Hindert has changed the tag line to his blog Beyond Structured Settlements. He now appears to consider life settlements an overlapping market with structured settlements ( "secondary insurance market") . A number of the companies who purchase structured settlement payment rights are in the life settlement business as well. Now he has yet another thing to gnaw your ear off about…IF YOU LET HIM.
Now if Hindert would only disclose who he's really working for.
