The extent to which Roger Proctor and David Springer have been business associates is the matter for debate.  Roger Proctor attempted to deny his association with David Springer in a letter sent to me on his behalf by Jeffrey Kolansky, a Philadelphia lawyer, who also was provided by Proctor/Genex to a witness in another legal case concerning David Springer and in a telephone conversation I had with Proctor in or about July 2012.

The first major SSQ website revamp following the takeover of the site from Andrew Cravenho, took place in mid-July 2012 and included a directory and purported review section that includes Springer's phony identity "James Goldstein" as CEO of Sovereign Funding.  Who did the research? How did Vancouver based Genex know to use "James Goldstein" for Sovereign Funding Group, when the assumption of the phony name would have been so recent, only weeks before?  Did Springer communicate to Roger Proctor, Boris Drubetsky or anyone else employed by Genex Capital about his "James Goldstein" ruse? If so what was said?

What interests me is that David Springer testified, among other things on June 28, 2013,  that James Goldstein was a phony name that he made up to avoid the structured settlement watchdog. Yet David Springer used that name over and over again along with other fake credentials to promote his business to the unsuspecting public in social media for over a year, even submitting the phony name James Goldstein to the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland. He set up Linkedin accounts under the phony name and other admitted phony names and self-endorsed all his phony "characters".

As of January 20, 2014, the phony name "James Goldstein" STILL appears as the CEO of Sovereign Funding Group on the SSQ website.

Jeremy Biberdorf, a  Burnaby, BC ( Vancouver) based SEO specialist often appears in do-it-yourself press releases issued by or on behalf of SSQ. There is evidence on the Internet connecting him to Genex Strategies (which uses the DBA Genex Capital)

To wit on Zoom info there is Download ZoomInfo Cached Page Jeremy Biberdorf SSQ

which variously displays:

  • Jeremy Biberdorf Structured Settlement Quotes Inc.
  • Jeremy Biberdorf Genex Strategies Inc., listed at the same UPS mailbox that Genex Capital Corporation is listed at, 73 Green Tree Drive #99 Dover, DE 19904.
  • Jeremy Biberdorf  SEO Manager Structured Settlements LLC

Why is David Springer's "buddy's" website still perpetuating the phony name?

More Genex Capital links to SSQ.

June 27, 2013 press release Brad Jones, whose email is jeremy@structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com

July 26, 2013 Brad Jones, whose email is jeremy@structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com

November 26, 2013 Press Release Brad Jones, whose email is jeremy@structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com, effectively announced that a one Genex product, Assured Annuity was a "certified funder" of another Genex controlled product, SSQ.

And we are aware of multiple other instances of discoverable evidence that ties Genex to SSQ.
