Don't mean to go "Marvin Gaye" on you, but " What's Going On?" at Settlement Quotes, LLC? It seems that standards of advertising have slipped, perhaps due to have been a change in those running the company.

In its April 16, 2012 posting from its blog reporting on the old news (7/2011) of the JG Wentworth-Peachtree merger the company refers to itself as Structured Settlement-Quotes numerous times when the company is Settlement Quotes, LLC. Obviously all Settlements Quotes is doing is using a misleading term in "search engine optimization" to try and game the search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Consider that on January 3, 2012 Settlement Quotes cites a definition of structured settlements from the North Carolina Superior Court Judges 2008 Summer Conference wherein it states "that a structured settlement is an arrangement for receiving periodic payments of damages reached in resolution of a tort claim".

Don't be fooled by Settlement Quotes chicanery. Settlement Quotes, LLC can't get you structured settlement quotes. Settlement Quotes, LLC acts as a broker to facilitate the purchase of structured settlement payment rights from annuitants. Settlement Quotes can quote you a price if you want to sell your structured settlement payment rights to the buyer they are broking for.

One would hope that the new owners of Settlement Quotes, LLC rethink their strategy and go with a more truthful approach.

More settlement "quotes":

It's the perfect definition of a settlement. Both parties didn't get what they wanted.
David Geffen

There can be no settlement of a great cause without discussion, and people will not discuss a cause until their attention is drawn to it.
William Jennings Bryan

Conrad Hilton was very generous to me in the divorce settlement. He gave me 5000 Gideon Bibles.

Postscript
What was going on is that in November 2011 Andrew Cravenho sold his interest in structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com to Roger Proctor, CEO of Genex Capital and Genex Strategies, inc. of Vancouver Canada or an entity controlled by Genex. Proctor's and Genex's ideas obviously were different from Cravenho's.  Roger Proctor at first took considerable trouble to conceal his or Genex's ownership of SSQ . Subsequent to the sale, Genex Capital, Genex Strategies, Inc. and SSQ were sued in Connecticut Federal Court alleging that SSQ was "nothing more than a fraudulent and deceptive scheme.".  That matter settled in June 2015 and in conjunction with that settlement Genex Capital began to disclose its ownership of SSQ and other sites on which it had previously denied and concealed its involvement.
