Late Paralympic athlete extraordinaire Randy Snow said " The 'best thing' wasn't the accident. The 'best thing' was what I learned about myself working through the setback"
Randy Snow died in November 2009 in El Salvador, after a distinguished athletic career. Here is my commentary about his death from November 26, 2009.
I was pleased to see that Pat Hindert mentioned Randy Snow in his latest blog on the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. However, when I clicked on the tag "Randy Snow" on the blog post and confirmed once again that from December 2008-December 2012 there was no mention, and no contemporaneous mention of Randy Snow, or his 2009 death by Hindert. How could the death of someone so significant to Hindert that he devoted 3 blog posts to him be ignored by the Harvard graduate?
I hate to be snarky about this, but one wonders how Hindert will react if he is predeceased by "the latter-day structured settlement prophet", Rutgers law professor Adam Scales, whose single work on the subject of structured settlements has been cited as if it came down from Mt. Sinai
