A statement by DealFlow Media, concerning the attendance of the NSSTA Executive Director at an upcoming JG Wentworth conference, is inaccurate.
If the DealFlow quote from Patrick Hindert is accurate however, DealFlow Media is to be thanked for exposing Patrick Hindert for who he appears to be. Is he a modern day Neville Chamberlain or the factoring industry's "agent" behind a structured settlement industry "Maginot Line"?
Hindert has, ad nauseum to most, been hard selling factoring first to Society of Settlement Planners members and then to NSSTA members for the past 5 years. "Cash now pusher" JG Wentworth "is a reality" like acne and bad gas, but that doesn't make them socially acceptable or make them and their alter egos, entities whose actions we must tolerate.
According to this author's sources with respect to JG Wentworth, Patrick Hindert is acting alone, not in a official or representative capacity of NSSTA, and to be noted WITHOUT the imprimatur, of the NSSTA. The NSSTA has no factoring company members and does not permit such companies to attend its meetings.
