NLRBFCU originally stood for the National Labor Relations Board Federal Credit Union. Later, a factoring company, or possibly a marketing firm for a factoring company, registered NLRBFCU.org. On the NL Brand Reviews site (NLRBFCU.org), the name Laura Bushnell was presented as Editor-in-Chief, with fake credentials and no LinkedIn profile. The Structured Settlement Watchdog uncovered the fraud and traced the site’s factoring beneficiary.

NLRBFCU.org has a new hat, the “National Review Brand Foundation of Consumer Updates”. One week ago based in Washington DC and a week later following the fraud exposure it says its based in Savannah Georgia . The website places the heavy emphasis on the words “National Review”.
