It’s time for a “Clear Out” in the factoring industry. Remove the worst offenders from “the streets and airwaves” and establish standards for those who remain, including (1) professional licensure, (2) rules on advertising and solicitation, and (3) full disclosure of all costs, including who gets paid upfront.
